Wednesday

• 12:00 pm – 1:20 pm
•  5:00 pm – 6:00 pm (Last chance for Session 1)

Thursday

• 8:00 am – 9:00 am (Last chance for Session 2)
• 10:40 am – 11:00 am (Last chance for Session 3 &4)
• 3:00 pm – 3:20 pm (Last chance for Session 5 & 6)

 Wiley Sinkus or Brandon Reding will be assisting with AV Loading.

Please run through your presentation during AV loading to make sure your graphics and any videos you might have work.

Bring your presentation on a flash drive with the following naming convention:

Session #_Presentation Start Time_Last Name_SCAFS2024

Example: Session 1_9:00_Sinkus_SCAFS2024.pptx

The presentation time plus time for questions is 20 minutes. Moderators will raise yellow signal card at 12 minutes, raise red signal card at15 minutes, stand up at 17 minutes, and come interrupt you at 20 minutes.
