Poster Guidelines
The poster session will take place on Wednesday, February 28th (time is TBA, likely from 7:00-9:00pm) in the meeting room at Table Rock Camp and Retreat Center in Pickens, SC.
Poster setup will follow the training workshop (time is TBA, likely from 5:00-6:30pm). Specific instructions on when to remove posters will be announced later.
Please use the following guidelines when developing your poster:
- A poster consists of easily read text and graphics describing the objectives, methods, and findings a scientific project or study.
- Posters can be arranged in either landscape or portrait orientation. There are no size limitations, but smaller posters (≤ 36” x ≤ 44”) are generally easier to display.
- Lamination of posters is optional.
- Presenters will be provided with materials for attaching posters to the poster boards.
