The poster session will take place on Wednesday, February 18th (from 8:00-9:00 pm) in the Salon Meeting Room at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Beaufort, SC

Poster setup will follow the training workshop (from 7:30-8:00 pm). Specific instructions on when to remove posters will be announced later.

Please use the following guidelines when developing your poster:

• A poster consists of easily read text and graphics describing the objectives, methods, and findings a scientific project or study.
• Posters can be arranged in either landscape or portrait orientation. There are no size limitations, but smaller posters (≤ 36” x ≤ 44”) are generally easier to display.
• Lamination of posters is optional.
• Presenters will be provided with materials for attaching posters to the poster boards.
