Preferred forms of payment: Venmo, cash, check, or credit card (+ additional 3% surcharge).

Lodging

SC AFS  has rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn & Suites Beaufort @ Highway 21.  Room booking will be handled by the chapter. Your room will be reserved based on your responses to the lodging questions on the registration form.   To reserve a room at  the Holiday Inn & Suites you must have your registration and payment in by 1/28/2026! Payments are non refundable after January 28th.

Student Travel Award

Apply for a Student Travel Award to receive up to $120 in funding to attend the 2025 SCAFS Annual Meeting. Requires and application and fulfilling two assigned volunteer slots (2 hours each).
