Lodging
To reserve a room at Hickory Knob you must have your registration and payment in by 2/3/2025!
We have reserved lodge rooms at Hickory Knob State Park that are available on a first-reserved, first-served basis. Rooms are limited! Each lodge room contains two double beds and one bathroom (http://www.southcarolinaparks.com/hickoryknob/lodging.aspx). To reserve a lodge room, indicate your request on the registration form and list your requested roommate(s), if applicable. Lodging rates listed above are the double occupancy rate. If you want a single room the rate is double.
Student Travel Award
Apply for a Student Travel Award to receive up to $120 in funding to attend the 2025 SCAFS Annual Meeting. Requires and application and fulfilling two assigned volunteer slots (2 hours each).
