Thursday

• 7:30 am – 8:15 am (Last chance for Session 2)
• 10:00 am – 10:10 am
• 12:30 pm – 1:15 pm (Last chance for Session 3 &4)
• 2:50 pm – 3:00 pm
• 4:10 pm – 4:25 pm (Last chance for Session 5)

Friday

• 7:30 am – 8:30 am (Last chance for Session 6)

 AV Loading will be at the Registration Table

Please run through your presentation during AV loading to make sure your graphics and any videos you might have work.

Bring your presentation on a flash drive with the following naming convention:

Session #_Presentation Start Time_SCAFS2026_Last Name

Example: Session 3_1410_SCAFS2026_Smith.pptx

For “Full Length” Talks, the presentation time plus time for questions is 20 minutes. Moderators will raise yellow signal card at 12 minutes, raise red signal card at 15 minutes, stand up at 17 minutes, and come interrupt you at 20 minutes.

For “Lightning” Talks, the presentation time plus time for questions is 10 minutes. Moderators will raise yellow signal card at 5 minutes, raise red signal card at 7 minutes, stand up at 9 minutes, and come interrupt you at 10 minutes.
